Job Description

The Senior Compliance Manager is responsible for the development and execution of processes relating to Corporate Compliance Oversight Programs including controls and testing, monitoring and other related corporate compliance issues.


  • Ensure compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
  • Extract and compile data from various systems and sources; verify the accuracy and integrity of data
  • Conduct analysis to better understand and remediate deficiencies, as required.
  • Identify, propose and implement solutions to help mitigate regulatory risks
  • Research, analyze, and identify key data points and develop reporting to communicate recommendations to management
  • Design processes and draft procedures regarding reporting requirements and other compliance related activities
  • Review reports, risk indicators, and red flags to identify and propose corrective action
  • Develop and maintain detailed and high level reporting sufficient to effectively communicate compliance issues/risks to internal/external parties
  • May conduct Compliance presentations to internal stakeholders
  • Manage and participate in departmental compliance projects as assigned
  • Review, refine and execute internal controls and corporate compliance procedures
  • Use SQL, Excel, Sharepoint and other Microsoft Programs at a proficient level
